DON CASEY, President and Chief Executive Officer, Anywhere Integrated Services and Relocation
Don Casey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Integrated Services (AIS) and Relocation. In this role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of both AIS and Cartus, the latter becoming part of his purview in 2023. Don was appointed to this role for AIS in 2002, and the company has experienced tremendous growth throughout his tenure.
Notably, in 2006, Don oversaw the acquisition of Title Resources Guaranty Company, a Texas-based title underwriting entity, by Realogy (now Anywhere). Under Don’s leadership, Title Resources grew to be the fifth largest title underwriter in the country—operating in nearly 40 states, with reported revenues of approximately $400 million—and was successfully positioned for a joint venture with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., which was approved during the first quarter of 2022.
Prior to joining Realogy, Don held several senior roles within Cendant Corporation. Starting as a Secondary Marketing Analyst for PHH Mortgage in 1989, he quickly advanced to Vice President of Government Operations in 1993 and Senior Vice President of Real Estate Brands in 1995. His leadership was instrumental in consolidating Cendant’s title and settlement services assets within its Real Estate Services division.
Earlier in his career, Don served as Vice President of the First Mortgage Alliance Program for Westpac Pollock Mortgage Finance, and as Vice President of Mortgage Finance for L.F. Rothschild Mortgage Capital Corporation.
Don earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a member of the board of directors of Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC, and is a director of the general partner of Title Resources Group. In 2024, Don was named a RISMedia Newsmaker in recognition of his industry leadership and expertise.

RICH DENICOLA, Executive Vice President, Integrated Operations, Anywhere Integrated Services
Rich DeNicola is Executive Vice President of Integrated Operations for Anywhere Integrated Services. In this role, he leads operations for both Anywhere Integrated Services’ title insurance business and Coldwell Banker Realty’s brokerage business, overseeing transaction management, agent onboarding, employee training, and facilities management for more than 700 offices nationwide.
Rich has served in several key leadership positions at Anywhere. Prior to his current role, he was Chief Operating Officer for Anywhere Brands and Leads, where he managed the generated leads business, the contract administration and compliance teams, and franchise sales operations. He's also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for both Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ERA Real Estate, and he has been instrumental in key franchise sales roles within Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Rich earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairfield University, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a licensed real estate professional in Florida. His industry contributions have earned him multiple RISMedia Newsmaker awards. Beyond his professional achievements, Rich dedicated more than 20 years of service as a volunteer firefighter in Mendham, New Jersey, including a two-year term as chief of the department from 2012-2013.

TROY E. SINGLETON, Senior Vice President, Title and Escrow Services, Anywhere Integrated Services
Troy Singleton is Senior Vice President of Title and Escrow Services for Anywhere Integrated Services, where he spearheads business development and growth initiatives across the country. Under his leadership, the company has significantly expanded its market presence and streamlined operations.
Prior to joining Anywhere Integrated Services, Troy served as Senior Council Representative of the Keystone-Mountain Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters, which represents more than 40,000 union carpenters in the eastern United States. Earlier in his career, he was President of the New Jersey Carpenter Contractor Trust, where he oversaw the Labor Management department for the 17,000-member union.
Troy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, with a concentration in Finance. He is a member of the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Burlington and Mercer (NJ) Counties. He also serves as a State Senator, representing New Jersey’s 7th legislative district. Previously, Troy was Deputy Executive Director of the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office, with responsibility for shaping the legislative agenda and managing constituent relations.
Throughout his career, Troy has received numerous awards from business, education, civic, labor, and non-profit organizations. In 2023, he was named Legislator of the Year by the New Jersey Hospital Association for his efforts in protecting healthcare workers. In 2002, he received the Humanitarian Award from Virtua Health for his commitment to public health and community service.

DEBORAH HIGGINS McLEAN, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Anywhere Integrated Services and Corporate Functions
Debbie Higgins McLean is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Anywhere Integrated Services and for the Finance, Legal, and Communications teams within Anywhere Real Estate. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership for the company, including talent strategy, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management and training and development.Prior to joining Anywhere Integrated Services, Debbie spent more than a decade as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Finlay Fine Jewelry, where she implemented company-wide best practice initiatives in various facets of human resource management. Earlier in her career, Debbie served in senior human resources roles at Lechters and at Macy’s, and as president of the board for the Willow Tree Center.
Debbie earned a bachelor’s degree from Rider University with a double major in Management and Human Resources. She has been recognized for her leadership in the Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching” segment.

MICHAEL GOZDAN, Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Mike Gozdan is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Anywhere Integrated Services. He oversees all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state regulatory compliance, contract management, and licensing administration, and has held this position since 2006.Mike began his career with PHH Mortgage (PHH) in 1992 as Regulatory Compliance Counsel. He was later named a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for PHH, before joining Anywhere Integrated Services in 2002 in a business capacity as Vice President, Lender Services. In that role, Mike was responsible for the Centralized Settlement Services group, which provided search, title and closing services to lenders in all 50 states. Under Mike’s leadership, Anywhere Integrated Services successfully handled record refinance volume and developed several new product offerings. In 2003, Mike assumed responsibility for Anywhere Integrated Services’ Relocation Services division. He led the team through a significant restructuring—from a national platform into regional hubs, to provide a more effective service offering to relocation clients—before being appointed to his current role.

CORDELL PARRISH, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Anywhere Integrated Services and Relocation
Cordell Parrish is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Anywhere Integrated Services and Relocation. In this role, he oversees the financial operations, including strategic business analytics, financial planning, and forecasting, for both Anywhere Integrated Services and Cartus.
Cordell has served in various finance leadership positions at Anywhere including, most recently, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully streamlined and simplified the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the enterprise.
Prior to joining Anywhere in 2009, Cordell served in senior finance roles with Barnes & Noble and Kenneth Cole,
Cordell holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from High Point University.

MORGAN SALAMA, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Franchisee Services, Anywhere Integrated Services
Morgan Salama is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Franchisee Services for Anywhere Integrated Services. She is responsible for enabling sales growth as leader of the AIS marketing department and for expanding franchisee primary services, including overseeing the Upward Title & Closing brand of joint ventures. Under her leadership, Upward Title opened in more than 15 markets in its first two years and partnered with some of the largest real estate brokerages in the country.
Prior to joining AIS, Morgan served on the leadership team of the newly formed Anywhere Leads Group, where she managed product transformation, analytics, and partnerships. She joined Anywhere in 2017, reporting to the company’s Chief Strategy Officer. In that role, she supported the development of the Anywhere enterprise corporate strategy and spearheaded several innovative partnerships.
Morgan began her career in management consulting and corporate venture capital. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and has been recognized by various trade media outlets, notably HousingWire, as a 2022 Rising Star, and Inman, as a 2024 Future Leader in Real Estate.

BRIAN PITMAN, Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Independence Title
Brian Pitman co-founded Independence Title in 2005 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Now the largest title company in Austin, TX, Independence has grown to include operations in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth.Earlier in his career, Brian was a Division President at First American Title Company in Austin and, before that, President of Chapin Title in Sherman, TX.
Brian attended The University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved in both the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). He was a member of the board of governors of ALTA from 2013-2015 and he served as TLTA President from 2010-2011. Brian was recognized on the Austin Business Journal’s list of Power Players in both 2023 and 2024.
